Prizes

The winning team will receive The Sir Peter E Lazarus Trophy. Framed certificates and gift tokens will be given to all teams competing in the Finals.

The AJEX Lionel Rose Memorial Menorah is awarded to the outstanding individual performer, who may not necessarily be a member of the winning team.

The Novice Trophy will also be awarded. Teams eligible for this trophy are those whose members have previously, in total, participated in 3 or less external debating competitions (so that, for example, if member A has competed in 2 previous competitions and member B in 1 the team are eligible). Gift tokens will also be awarded to the winners of this award.
